Pasteurized sheep's MILK, rennet, salt, lactic ferments, red chilli pepper.
Characteristics
Semi-mature pecorino, with a straw-yellow ridged edge and a thin rind.
Pleasant and slightly lively flavour, thanks to the addition of fragments of bright red ground chilli pepper, which enhance its spiciness.
The colour of the chilli pepper accentuates the clarity of the white colour of the soft paste.
In the kitchen
A somewhat unusual combination is with chocolate, to experiment with new flavors. Chilli cheese can also be eaten plain, to enjoy the liveliness of the product.
Serve with red and young wines.

For over 20 years we have been selecting and bringing the best products of our land to the tables of families. After the earthquake of August 24, 2016, we were forced to completely reorganize our business, facing numerous difficulties.
