Pater is an extra virgin olive oil with a light fruitiness and notes of ripe olives. Slightly bitter and pleasantly spicy. Suitable for simple dishes with a delicate flavour. An idea for a healthy snack: bread and oil. Immersed in the territory of Alta Sabina, in the municipality of Poggio Moiano and Torricella in Sabina in the province of Rieti, at an altitude of over 500 metres, our olive groves enjoy a habitat of exceptional ecological value and a thousand-year-old olive-growing tradition. Gentle hills, ridges, valleys, small terraces, steep slopes covered with olive trees that give a precious oil that enchanted Virgil and Columella.

Always for Amatrice
For over 20 years we have been selecting and bringing the best products of our land to the tables of families. After the earthquake of August 24, 2016, we were forced to completely reorganize our business, facing numerous difficulties. Courage, support and love for our city have allowed us to move forward with the same determination as before. Today our shop is located inside the Il Corso Shopping Center, built temporarily to deal with the emergency. At the same time, we have created a new e-commerce to allow many people throughout Italy to purchase our products. We are still here, as we once were, to represent and promote the original gastronomic tradition of Amatrice.
