LA CICOLANA. It is a typical artisanal cured meat that takes its name from a mountainous area in the province of Rieti. Made with selected pork meats, stuffed into natural casings, tied by hand, slowly dried with the air of the “Parco Nazionale dei Monti della Laga”, it is a high-quality product, controlled according to strict rules both in preparation and in seasoning.

Always for Amatrice
For over 20 years we have been selecting and bringing the best products of our land to the tables of families. After the earthquake of August 24, 2016, we were forced to completely reorganize our business, facing numerous difficulties. Courage, support and love for our city have allowed us to move forward with the same determination as before. Today our shop is located inside the Il Corso Shopping Center, built temporarily to deal with the emergency. At the same time, we have created a new e-commerce to allow many people throughout Italy to purchase our products. We are still here, as we once were, to represent and promote the original gastronomic tradition of Amatrice.
