Berardi Amatriciana guanciale is produced in an artisanal way according to the ancient family tradition in Poggio Cancelli, a hamlet of Campotosto at 1400 m, using Italian pork of the most prized breeds and natural flavours without the addition of preservatives or chemical additives;
It owes its unmistakable flavor to the smoking with oak and beech wood, to the natural seasoning and to the particular microclimate of the area. It reaches 12/18 months of seasoning.

Always for Amatrice
For over 20 years we have been selecting and bringing the best products of our land to the tables of families. After the earthquake of August 24, 2016, we were forced to completely reorganize our business, facing numerous difficulties. Courage, support and love for our city have allowed us to move forward with the same determination as before. Today our shop is located inside the Il Corso Shopping Center, built temporarily to deal with the emergency. At the same time, we have created a new e-commerce to allow many people throughout Italy to purchase our products. We are still here, as we once were, to represent and promote the original gastronomic tradition of Amatrice.
