Gentian liqueur
ingredients: gentian lutea root, IGT pecorino wine, alcohol and sugar – contains sulphites
Gentian extracts show tonic, antipyretic, vermifuge and digestive tract stimulating activities due to the increased secretion of gastric juices. Gentian does not contain tannin and starch, which results in a bitter-tonic action without astringent and irritating effects on the stomach mucosa; hence the definition of “pure bitter”. Our gentian liqueur is produced by infusing the root in an excellent pecorino wine produced in Offida. After maceration, alcohol and sugar are added without further aromas.

Always for Amatrice
For over 20 years we have been selecting and bringing the best products of our land to the tables of families. After the earthquake of August 24, 2016, we were forced to completely reorganize our business, facing numerous difficulties. Courage, support and love for our city have allowed us to move forward with the same determination as before. Today our shop is located inside the Il Corso Shopping Center, built temporarily to deal with the emergency. At the same time, we have created a new e-commerce to allow many people throughout Italy to purchase our products. We are still here, as we once were, to represent and promote the original gastronomic tradition of Amatrice.
