The name is a tribute to the famous Roman villa of Emperor Tiberius (1st century AD), as the recipe calls for the use of white celery from Sperlonga (IGP), a Pontine town where the villa was built. It is golden and slightly cloudy, with a good head of foam. On the nose, fresh hints of hops, resins and delicate floral sensations alternate. In the mouth, there is aromatic coherence: Tiberia communicates gracefulness thanks to a very light flavor and a drink that is at the same time delicate and generous. It offers the pleasantness of a glass of good refreshing beer on a hot summer's day, perfectly preparing the mouth for a new sip.

For over 20 years we have been selecting and bringing the best products of our land to the tables of families. After the earthquake of August 24, 2016, we were forced to completely reorganize our business, facing numerous difficulties. Courage, support and love for our city have allowed us to move forward with the same determination as before. Today our shop is located inside the Il Corso Shopping Center, built temporarily to deal with the emergency. At the same time, we have created a new e-commerce to allow many people throughout Italy to purchase our products. We are still here, as we once were, to represent and promote the original gastronomic tradition of Amatrice.
