In front of the eyes it presents itself with a brown color with mahogany reflections and a not particularly dense foam: if the name comes from the Pashtun language and means hope, the appearance is instead typically British. On the nose it gives notes of ash, damp wood, ink and coffee roasting. In the mouth it is a decisive, direct brown ale, with the combination of malts that gives it complexity and an acidic vein that expands the dimension of the sip. The finish is characterized by sensations of licorice, roasting and a smoky breeze: warm and complex, it may need time to be appreciated, but in the end it conquers.

Always for Amatrice
For over 20 years we have been selecting and bringing the best products of our land to the tables of families. After the earthquake of August 24, 2016, we were forced to completely reorganize our business, facing numerous difficulties. Courage, support and love for our city have allowed us to move forward with the same determination as before. Today our shop is located inside the Il Corso Shopping Center, built temporarily to deal with the emergency. At the same time, we have created a new e-commerce to allow many people throughout Italy to purchase our products. We are still here, as we once were, to represent and promote the original gastronomic tradition of Amatrice.
