It appears golden in appearance, slightly darkened by an almost imperceptible amber suggestion. The nose is composed, offering a lovely floral and earthy fragrance, a caramelized breath. On the palate it moves agile, flowing easily, equipped as it is with the right carbonation and dryness. As the canons of this ancient style of the English tradition want, the bitterness is present, but progressive, it takes the mouth slowly (supported by the subtle toasted notes) and without cravings for prominence, resulting in an essential element to characterize, close the sip and recall the drink.

Always for Amatrice
For over 20 years we have been selecting and bringing the best products of our land to the tables of families. After the earthquake of August 24, 2016, we were forced to completely reorganize our business, facing numerous difficulties. Courage, support and love for our city have allowed us to move forward with the same determination as before. Today our shop is located inside the Il Corso Shopping Center, built temporarily to deal with the emergency. At the same time, we have created a new e-commerce to allow many people throughout Italy to purchase our products. We are still here, as we once were, to represent and promote the original gastronomic tradition of Amatrice.
