The appearance is characterized by a white foam and a beautiful deep golden color, with lively amber nuances. The nose shows clear hints of ripe fruit and malt and, in the background, notes of caramel, honey from white flowers and ethereal puffs of jasmine. The approach in the mouth is characterized by a pleasant sweetness, the malts and their contribution are evidently present, as also suggested by the appreciable body. The sip remains central, characterized by lateral and fine savory suggestions, while the finish, entrusted to a progressive “aromatic” bitterness, from officinal herbs, recalls the sip and gives a vaguely balsamic reference and a pleasant floral return.

Always for Amatrice
For over 20 years we have been selecting and bringing the best products of our land to the tables of families. After the earthquake of August 24, 2016, we were forced to completely reorganize our business, facing numerous difficulties. Courage, support and love for our city have allowed us to move forward with the same determination as before. Today our shop is located inside the Il Corso Shopping Center, built temporarily to deal with the emergency. At the same time, we have created a new e-commerce to allow many people throughout Italy to purchase our products. We are still here, as we once were, to represent and promote the original gastronomic tradition of Amatrice.
